2027 Season Team Structure
2027 Season Team Structure
To ensure the highest quality of coaching and individual player attention, our club will be running one team per age group for the 2027 season.
Re-Signing Process
Re-Signing Process
The early signing window opens June 8. We will be sending all age group re-sign emails on June 8.
Open spots will be posted on our website and on social media the afternoon of June 8.
16U–18U Re-Signs
For our older age groups, teams are in the later stages of the Long-Term Development framework, where roster stability is highly beneficial.
A majority of the current players in these age groups will receive re-signing offers.
Coaches will use the remaining open spots to make specific roster changes based on positional needs and team chemistry/culture.
13U-15U Age Groups
For our younger age groups, our approach looks quite different.
We follow Volleyball Canada’s Long-Term Development (LTD) framework. These guidelines focus heavily on the "Learn to Train" and "Train to Train" stages, emphasizing broad development over early, exclusive competition.
To remain aligned with these player-centered principles:
Only a handful of athletes will be early re-signed in the 13U–15U divisions.
We want to give the younger athletes the freedom to explore different coaching styles, team levels, and environments to find their best personal "fit" whether that be with the Pandas or another club.
We strongly encourage open tryouts for these age groups in the fall to allow players to grow into their potential without being locked into a single club environment too early.
