Carolyn O'Dwyer

Carolyn is from Calgary, AB. She started her playing career with Canuck Club before moving to Dinos Volleyball Club where she won 3 club national championships. She played on both the indoor and beach provincial teams, concluding her provincial team career with a gold medal at the 2013 Canada Games. Carolyn was also a member of both the youth and junior Canadian indoor national teams before starting her university Career at Mount Royal University. At MRU she was named the Canada West Rookie of the Year and led MRU to a Canada West 4th place finish.

After her playing career, Carolyn began head coaching in Calgary for the Dinos Volleyball Club and served as an assistant coach for SAIT. She is now working on completing her Masters in coaching at the University of Alberta, where she also serves as an assistant coach with the Pandas varsity team. Carolyn has coached with Team Alberta as an assistant coach for the 2017 Canada Games team and as a head coach of the 17U team this past summer.
