Pandas 18U Student-Athlete Leading the Way: Meryn Corkery
May 26, 2015

Winning on the court is not the only focus we want our coaches to pass along to our athletes. Being a Student first and Athlete second is highly valued within the Pandas club and no one exemplifies this better then our Pandas 18U Student-Athlete Meryn Corkery. Meryn understands the demands placed on student-athletes.  She embraces the challenge of balancing practice and travelling for tournaments with her academics. This past weekend, Meryn gave her speech and was crowned the 2015 Harry Ainlay Valedictorian. Meryn embodies the drive and determination that we hope all of our Pandas Club student-athletes experience in their volleyball journey. We are incredibly proud! Congratulations Meryn.

Nov 29, 2015
